Foundation Course Part 2

This course is suitable for individuals who have experience of learning Welsh. This could mean you have studied Foundation 1 at Nant Gwrtheyrn or with Learn Welsh. It is also ideal for individuals studying Foundation 1 and 2 with Learn Welsh who wish to revise. For those who haven't had the opportunity to practice Welsh recently, this course is designed to help you regain your Welsh skills with confidence. This course is also ideal for individuals who have studied Welsh as a second language at school or have not used Welsh for some time. Learners on this course are able to hold a basic conversation on day to day matters in Welsh. By the end of the course you will be able to communicate meaningfully, respond to the responses of others and ask follow-up questions. Learning Welsh at Nant Gwrtheyrn's unique location is a great opportunity for you to experience the Welsh language in a fully immersive environment. We encourage you to use the opportunities we have here on site to extend your skills by using the language, experience Welsh culture and to broaden your horizons as bilingual or multilingual individuals. The course will be held online over Zoom from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 16:00 with a tutor.
