Advanced Course 1 - Part i & ii

This course is suitable for more experienced learners. This could mean you have studied an Intermediate level course at Nant Gwrtheyrn or with Learn Welsh. It is also ideal for individuals studying an Advanced course with Learn Welsh who wish to revise. Learners on this course should be able to converse freely in Welsh and are keen to expand their vocabulary and take advantage of opportunities to use their Welsh. By the end of the course, you will have started speaking in formal situations and developed more vocabulary to cope with conversations you have not prepared for. You will have developed the skills to understand details and respond where appropriate. Learning Welsh at Nant Gwrtheyrn's unique location is a great opportunity for you to experience the Welsh language in a fully immersive environment. We encourage you to use the opportunities we have here on site to extend your skills by using the language, experience Welsh culture and to broaden your horizons as bilingual or multilingual individuals. The course will be held online over Zoom from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 16:00 with a tutor.
