About this course

This online blended learning course builds on Entry level and is suitable for those who already speak basic Welsh. The main emphasis will be on speaking the language, with a chance to discuss everyday matters such as family and friends, work and leisure.

What is ‘blended learning’?

This is a blended learning course, consisting of live tutor led lessons on Zoom and online self-study units to be completed before each lesson. You will complete Sylfaen level in just one academic year. Therefore, if you have the time to commit to learning and want to make rapid progress, this is the course for you.

IT Equipment Checklist

You will need a PC/laptop/tablet with a microphone and camera to take part in the lessons. Your camera should be switched on during lessons in order to participate in the learning process.
